Caribou Coffee Development Company, Inc. offers franchises for the operation of CARIBOU COFFEE & EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS(TM)stores using the above logo trademark and related trademarks (the "Stores"). The Stores primarily sell coffees, teas, fresh-baked bagels, cream cheese spreads, soups, salads, sandwiches and other food products to consumers on a walk-in basis or through drive-through windows. Franchisees are responsible for selecting their own location(s), purchasing equipment and fixtures necessary to operate the Store(s), hiring employees to work in each Store and performing all labor involved with operating the Store(s) including but not limited to preparing all food items sold in each store; brewing coffee; making tea; mixing frozen drinks; baking bagels; prepping salads and sandwiches as well as any other duties assigned by Caribou Coffee Development Company Inc..
