Potato Corner offers a variety of potato-based food products, including french fries, baked potatoes, hash browns and loopy fries. The company operates over 1,000 locations in the United States and Japan. In 1998, Potato Corner invented the flavored fry by adding its signature seasoning to its french fries for the first time. Today there are more than 20 flavor varieties available at Potato Corner restaurants across the country from Cheddar Cheese to Caramelized Onion & Garlic Roasted Red Pepper. In addition to our famous fried menu items we also offer: Baked Potatoes - Fresh cut Idaho Russet Potatoes that come with your choice of toppings or just as they are; Hash Brownies - Shredded

Potato Corner offers delicious, healthy alternatives to traditional fast food at an affordable price. Our baked potatoes are made with 100% real ingredients and our fresh cut french fries are cooked in non-hydrogenated vegetable oil for added flavor and nutrition. Plus we have all your favorite toppings so there's no need to go through a drive thru line again!

PCJV USA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Franchisor”), was organized on July 16, 2010, and is the franchisor of Potato Corner Restaurants. To simplify the language in this Disclosure Document, “Franchisor,” “we” and “us” means PCJV USA, LLC. “You” or “Franchisee” means the business entity, person or persons who sign the Franchise Agreement. The names and addresses of our agents for service of process appear in Exhibit K to this Disclosure Document.

We offer the rights for 3 different franchises in this Disclosure Document: Single Restaurant Program. Under the Single Restaurant Program, you will sign a Franchise Agreement for a single Potato Corner Restaurant. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a single Potato Corner Restaurant ranges from $186,500 to $596,000. This includes $42,000 to $63,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. Multi Unit Development Program. Under the Multi Unit Development Program, we assign a defined area within which you must develop and open a minimum of 2 to 10 Potato Corner Restaurants at designated venues within a specified period of time. The total investment necessary to begin operation under a Multi Unit Development Agreement is $204,500 to $781,000 for developing 2 to 10 or more Restaurants. This includes $57,000 to $243,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. Mobile Restaurant Program. Under the Mobile Restaurant Program, you will sign a Franchise Agreement to operate a single Potato Corner food truck (a “Mobile Restaurant”). The total investment necessary to begin operations of a single Mobile Restaurant ranges from approximately $176,000 to $324,500. This includes $44,000 to $53,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or our affiliate.
