The Churned Creamery is a new ice cream experience with handcrafted flavors and endless customization. We offer unique flavors that you can't find anywhere else, including vegan options. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best possible ice cream experience by crafting quality products from scratch in house while using locally sourced ingredients when available.

Ice cream is a delicious treat, but it can be hard to find a flavor that you love. Not only is it hard to find your favorite flavor, but the ice cream options at most stores are limited and often unhealthy. Churned Creamery offers an unique ice cream experience through customizable ice cream options handcrafted at the store. You can choose from over 50 flavors, 20 mix-ins, and 6 toppings to create the perfect ice cream for you.

We are in the business of selling franchises for an ice cream store operating under the CHURNED CREAMERY name and related marks. A Churned Creamery Store ("Store") specializes in the preparation and sale of frozen dessert products produced by our exclusive state of the art equipment and ingredients to provide a unique ice cream experience through customizable ice cream options handcrafted at the store. The Stores are located at locations approved by us, such as in strip shopping centers, shopping malls, and free standing units. In some cases, you may be authorized to offer catering services but only with our approval.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Churned Creamery franchised business is $303,000 $579,000. This includes the initial franchise fee of $30,000 for the first outlet that must be paid to us. If you are approved to open subsequent Churned Creamery store or stores, the initial franchise fee will be reduced to $25,000 for your second store and to $20,000 for your third and any additional Stores In the case of an area developer, the initial Development Fee is to be paid at the time the Area Development Agreement is signed which covers the initial franchise fees to be paid for the Stores to be developed under the Area Development Agreement. The franchise fee for any additional Stores under the Area Development Agreement will be $20,000 per Store. Your estimated initial investment as an area developer will therefore vary based on the total number of restaurants to be developed.
