As an owner/operator of a Teapioca Lounge(TM) franchise, you'll be able to offer customers in your community the highest quality beverages available anywhere! TEAPIOCA INTERNATIONAL, LLC was organized as a Limited Liability Company in Texas on January 27, 2015. Their principal business address is 1700 West Parmer Lane, Suite 210, Austin, TX 78727. They do business under our company name and the names “TPL”, “TPI”, “TEAPIOCA INTERNATIONAL” and “Teapioca Lounge”. They have offered franchises since April 1, 2015.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a TPL Single Unit franchised business is $205,500 to $351,100. This includes a Franchise Fee of either $20,000 for a Food Court location or $25,000 for a Retail Location to secure your chosen territory. This includes a $10,000 Preliminary Agreement Fee that must be paid to the franchisor which will be credited towards Your Franchise Fee. They also offer an Area Development Agreement for 3, 5, and 7 unit development options. The total investment necessary to begin operation as a TPL Area Developer is $224,100 to $408,100. This includes paying the Initial Franchise Fee on the first unit plus a down payment equal to 50% of the discounted Initial Fees for each additional franchise unit in the Development Schedule.
