We use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze our ice creams on demand so we never have to make any ahead of time, and we don't need freezers in our shop which means there are no flavors hidden behind doors waiting for customers who might not order them. Our milk comes from local farmers and has been pasteurized using an ultra high temperature process (UHT) so it stays fresher longer than regular milk without having to be refrigerated until after opening!
