A Street Churros Store (“Store”) specializes in the preparation and sale of a specialized menu of churros, hot dogs, ice creams and other related dessert and street food products and services (“Menu Items”), located at locations approved by us, such as in strip shopping centers, shopping malls, kiosks, arid free standing units. Our Menu Items are prepared according to proprietary recipes and procedures and use high quality ingredients, some of which are branded, trademarked, and/pr packaged exclusively for our systern and our franchise owners. If you acquire a Street Churros Store you must operate your Store according to oUr business formats, methods, procedures^ desigris, layouts, staridards and.specifications (the “System”).
