Hui Lau Shan Shop offers traditional desserts with a modern twist like: green tea coconut pudding, mango pineapple tarts, and black sesame seed cake. The company also provides vegetarian options such as: red bean buns, sweet potato turnover with ginger syrup, and eggplant tofu puff pastry. With an emphasis on creativity in flavor combinations as well as presentation of their products, Hui Lau Shan has gained international recognition for its signature dishes such as: pumpkin custard pie with pomegranate sauce or strawberry lychee sorbet. At Hui Lau Shan Shop we take fresh fruits from our farms around the world, then use our secret recipes to turn them into sweet treats unlike any you've ever tried before! You'll never need another reason to eat fruit again because at Hui Lau Shan Shop we have perfected the art of creating desserts out of whole fruits without adding extra sugar or preservatives so you can enjoy tasty fruity goodness every day!

We are a California limited liability company formed on January 8, 2018. We maintain our principal place of business at 18725 E. Gale Avenue, Suite 213, City of Industry, California 91748. We do not conduct business under any other name. We do not conduct business in any other line of business, and we do not offer franchises in any other line of business. We have no predecessors. Our agents for service of process are disclosed in Exhibit G.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Hui Lau Shan Shop is from $420,000 to $585,000. This includes the $70,000 to $80,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. If you want to obtain area development rights pursuant to an Area Development Agreement, you will pay a Development Fee of $20,000 for each additional Unit you agree to open when you sign the Area Development Agreement.
