The franchise described in this disclosure document is for the establishment of a franchised retail salon business. Franchise opportunities are available throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The company has plans to expand internationally as well. Hammer & Nails offers a fun and rewarding experience with an opportunity to build wealth through your own salon business. We have developed our concept into one that appeals to both men and women by offering services such as haircuts, coloring, styling, manicures/pedicures, waxing and massage therapy. Each location will offer at least 20 stations for service providing flexibility in scheduling appointments around client's schedules.

We are a California limited liability company, created on February 11, 2015. We have no predecessors or parents. We do not maintain a sales office at any location other than our principal places of business. We operate under our corporate name, The Hammer & Nails Salon Group, LLC.
