We do business under our corporate name and the trademarks described in Item 13, which includes the name “FACE FOUNDRIE”. We were formed by for the purposes of offering franchises of Face Foundrie facial bars and providing services to our franchisees. We began offering franchises in May 2020. We have not operated any other type of business.
