Fun4USKids, Inc. is a family-friendly franchise that offers families the ability to easily find services, events and activities for their children in their geographic area through its proprietary website system. The company has grown steadily since it was founded in 2008 with over 100 franchises currently operating throughout the United States and internationally. Fun 4 US Kids' mission is to give every child an opportunity to have fun while learning lifelong skills like creativity, teamwork, confidence and responsibility through our programs which are tailored for each age group.

Fun 4 Us Kids was created to help parents find all of their family-friendly activities in one convenient location, with an easy search tool that helps them find what they're looking for quickly. Parents don't have time to go from website to website trying to figure out where the best places are for their kids. Fun 4 Us Kids has been designed by parents who know exactly what features families need when searching for fun things for kids. This is why we offer so many options - over 3 million listings! We also make it easy to add your own events or announcements so you can share your news with other families as well! Our goal is simple - we want every parent and caregiver on our site because we believe that together, we can make this world a better place...one family at a time!

We were organized as a corporation in Florida on January 25, 2013 and began offering Fun 4 US Kids Franchises as of March 30, 2017. Our principal business address is 6806 SW 86th Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32608. We do business under our corporate name and the name Fun 4 US Kids. Exhibit A contains our agents for service of process.

The estimated total investment necessary to begin operations of a Fun 4 US Kids Franchise is $8,250 $46,250. This includes $3,000 $25,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
