PRISM, LLC does business under its corporate name and under the LeafSpring School name. We do not do business or intend to do business under any other name.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a LeafSpring School franchise is $3,738,150 to $6,773,700. This includes $87,500 which must be paid to us and our affiliates. The total investment necessary if you sign a Development Agreement is $25,000 to $27,000, of which $25,000 is paid to us.
