Our affiliated entity Baby Cafe, Inc. (“BCI”) may provide our franchisees with proprietary food ingredients and other products. BCI’s principal business address is 3220 Sheffield Avenue, Oakland, California 94602. BCI does not offer franchises in any line of business. Otherwise, we are not controlled by, controlling, or under common control with any other entity that provides goods or services to our franchisees or that offers franchises in any line of business.We are a limited liability company organized in California on December 16, 2019.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Baby Cafe outlet ranges from $217,800 to $324,300. This includes $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor and its affiliates. The franchisor may also offer you an Area Development Agreement granting a right to open additional Baby Cafe outlets for an additional investment of between $12,500 and $50,000, all of which must be paid to the franchisor.
