Our affiliated entity is Roll Em Up Restaurant, Inc. (“REUR”), a California corporation whose principal business address is 5751 Pine Avenue, Suite A, Chino Hills, California 91709. REUR will provide our franchisees with proprietary sauces, other proprietary food ingredients and other proprietary products.We are a corporation organized in California on August 31, 2020.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Roll Em Up Taquitos restaurant ranges from $278,700 to $795,500. This includes $20,000 that is paid to the franchisor and its affiliates. If you sign an Area Development Agreement granting you the right to open additional (at least two) Roll Em Up Taquitos restaurants, you must make an additional investment (“Territory Fee”) of at least $40,000, all of which is paid to the franchisor. The Territory Fee is calculated by multiplying the total number of additional restaurants to be developed under the Area Development Agreement by $20,000.
