You will operate your Franchised Business under the name and mark “Wafels & Dinges” (a “Franchised Business,” “W&D Unit,” or “Unit”). Our affiliate Belgo Franchisor International LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was formed on January 4, 2019. Its principal address is the same as our principal business address.
