We were formed as a limited liability company in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on June 23, 2015. Our principal business address is 1414 Lenape Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, and our telephone number is 484 607 8248. We do business under our company name, “Ducklings” and its associated design (the “Marks”). We and our affiliate, J. Thompson Child Services, Inc. have registered our primary service marks on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We do not own or operate any businesses of the type you will be operating. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business. We only offer franchises which operate under the “Ducklings” Marks. We began offering franchises on February 17, 2016.
