Legion Transformation is the premier fitness franchise offering a variety of proprietary training programs. Legion Transformation offers qualified individuals and entities the opportunity to own their own center, utilizing our current primary mark, LEGION TRANSFORMATION. The company provides its clients with a system of business operations that are consistent with industry best practices in order to maximize performance.

Obesity and related health problems are on the rise, costing our country billions of dollars each year. More and more people are becoming overweight or obese, which can lead to a variety of health problems. Legion Transformation is a unique fitness program that can help you lose weight and get in shape. Our program is fun, challenging, and most importantly, it works.

We were organized under the laws of Delaware as a limited liability company on January 24, 2018. Our principal business address is at 250 Corporate Boulevard, Suites G & H, Newark, Delaware 19702, and our telephone number is 1 800 LEGION1. We only do business under our corporate name and our then current Proprietary Marks. We grant franchises for the right to independently own and operate Franchised Businesses (Centers) that provide boot camp style fitness classes. These Franchised Businesses operate under our then current Proprietary Marks and in accordance with our System standards and specifications. We first began offering franchises for the right to operate a Franchised Business in March 2019.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a single Center ranges from $122,810 to $197,755. This includes $58,249 to $61,249 that must be paid to us or our affiliates. The total investment necessary to operate multiple Centers under our form of area development agreement depends on the number of franchises we grant you the right to open. The total investment necessary to enter into a development agreement for the right to develop three (3) Centers is $142,810 to $217,755, which includes (i) the $60,000 development fee that is paid to us prior to opening, and (ii) the estimated initial investment to begin operation of your initial Center. The development fee is based on the number of franchised Centers we award you the right to develop and is calculated as follows: (i) $40,000 for the initial Center; plus (ii) $10,000 for the second and each additional Center you are required to develop within under your development agreement with us (each, an “Additional Center”)
