Everbowl

Everbowl is the first healthy eating franchise that specializes in bowls, smoothies, toppings, beverages and more. This company provides a healthier option to fast food restaurants by providing fresh ingredients for people to make their own customized bowl. Everbowl currently has one store open but plans to expand very quickly with franchising opportunities available now.

The Everbowl brand is looking to expand its retail presence by partnering with individuals who are interested in owning and operating a single store. Owning and operating a health food franchise can be incredibly profitable, but it can also be difficult to find the right partner. That's why we're excited to offer our disclosure document to potential partners. Our disclosure document outlines all of the details about becoming an Everbowl franchisee. This includes information about the products we sell, the financial investment required, and the training and support we provide our franchisees.

We are a California limited liability company formed on September 20, 2018. Our principal place of business is 1300 Specialty Drive, #100, Vista, CA 92081. Our principal telephone number is (760) 330 9001. We do business under our corporate name and under the name “Everbowl.” We were formed to serve as the franchisor of Everbowl branded superfood based bowl and smoothie stores (each, an “Everbowl Store”). We have been selling unit franchises and area development franchises for the Everbowl Stores since December 2019. Prior to that, neither we nor our affiliates offered or sold unit franchises or area development franchises for the Everbowl Stores. Since April 2021, we started offering franchises for the establishment of area representative businesses that solicit and screen prospective franchisees for the Everbowl Stores. The area representative franchises are offered via a separate franchise disclosure document. Except as disclosed above, we are not engaged in any other line of business.
