Brilliant Minds Academy is the first franchise opportunity for after-school learning. We provide an engaging and interactive environment where children can learn, develop critical thinking skills, and enjoy themselves all at the same time.

Children are spending more and more time in front of screens, and less time engaged in creative and stimulating activities. According to a report from the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop, "Children who spend more than two hours a day watching TV or using other electronic devices are twice as likely to have trouble paying attention, controlling their impulses, and getting along with others." Brilliant Minds Academy is the solution. Our after-school program provides a fun and safe environment for children to learn, explore, and grow. We offer homework help, enrichment activities, and healthy snacks.

We grant franchises (referred.to in this Document as a "Brilliant Minds franchise") for the right to independently establish and operate an after school learning center using the Brilliant Minds mark and method of learning. Before the effective date of this FDD, we have not granted franchises in this or any other lines of business. We are engaged in no Other business. A franchise for the operation of a Brilliant Minds franchise within a defined territory is granted under the terms of our standard form Franchise Agreement found following Item 23 ofthis Franchise Disclosure Document.
