They maintain their principal place of business at 111 Weir Drive, Woodbury, Minnesota 55125. They are owned by Self Esteem Brands, LLC (“SEB”). SEB is owned by Anytime Worldwide, LLC. The majority of Anytime Worldwide, LLC is owned by Anytime Holdings, Inc… They began offering Anytime Fitness franchises in October 2002. They began offering Anytime Fitness Express franchises in October 2006.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Anytime Fitness center is between $98,430 and $523,824. This includes $11,409 to $77,218 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Anytime Fitness Express center is between $74,290 and $388,477. This includes $6,396 to $42,638 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. (If you sign a Development Agreement to develop multiple Anytime Fitness centers, these amounts include the Development Fee you pay to the farnchisor, which replaces the Initial Franchise Fee you would have paid for those centers.)
