ZAGG Inc is a corporation that was formed in April 2004 under the name Amerasia Khan Enterprises Ltd. (“AKE”). In February 2007, AKE entered into a merger agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary, SZC Acquisition, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“SZC”), and ShieldZone Corporation, a Utah corporation, pursuant to which SZC merged with and into ShieldZone. Following the Merger, ShieldZone was converted into a Nevada corporation and was then merged up and into AKE, which changed its name to ZAGG Incorporated, which subsequently changed its name to ZAGG Inc. Effective June 13, 2016, they changed their state of incorporation from the State of Nevada to the State of Delaware. Their principal business address is 910 W.
