POOLWERX FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT LLC ("Poolwerx") offers franchises for the operation of a franchise business that offers pool maintenance services, pool cleaning, installation and remodel services and retail pool supplies and services under the POOLWERX mark ("Franchise"). A Franchise might consist of one or more service vehicles ("Mobile Unit") or a retail store with one or more Mobile Units ("Retail Hub") or both. Typically, a prospect will first operate a Mobile Unit and it is expected that later the prospect will seek permission to open a Retail Hub and/or additional Mobile Units. Poolwerx may also grant franchises to independent pool stores that will immediately convert to the POOLWERX brand. In some areas, Poolwerx might only grant franchises to operate Mobile Units. Poolwerx may also offer you the right to acquire and operate one or more existing Mobile Units from us or our affiliates (each a "Refranchised Business").
