In 2007, by means of a merger into us of a subsidiary of our purchaser, we were acquired by Pretzel Holding Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pretzel Parent Holding Corporation, both Delaware corporations. Pretzel Holding Corporation, our parent, is now our sole member. Levine Leichtman, an investment company, is the controlling shareholder of Pretzel Parent Holding Corporation. The principal address of all three companies is 335 North Maple Drive, Suite 240, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
