T-SWIRL CREPE is a fast casual restaurant specializing in Japanese crepes. We are committed to providing quality, delicious food with the perfect balance of sweet and savory options for all palettes. Our crepes are made using our proprietary recipes and ingredients, as well as any other secret family recipes that have been passed down through generations. T-Swirl Crepe prides itself on being one of the only restaurants in the world where you can create your own custom order to your liking!

We've created a fun and welcoming environment that is perfect for all ages. Our menu features Japanese crepes with savory fillings such as chicken teriyaki or shrimp tempura, as well as sweet options like Nutella banana or strawberry cream cheese. In addition to our signature crepes, we also serve specialty teas made from premium loose leaf tea leaves imported from Japan which are brewed in traditional Japanese style using the "art" of pouring hot water over tea leaves into a cup called "Chanoyu". These teases include green tea, black tea (genmaicha), jasmine green tea (matcha) and chrysanthemum white tea just to name a few. We grant quadified parties a franchise fprthe right to independently own and operate a Franchised Business thatis a fast casual eating establishment that offers’and sells: (i) a wide variety ofsweet and savory Japanese crepes, specialty tea blends that are prepared ip accordance with proprietary recipes and, in certain cases,, proprietary ingredientsi and (ii) aiiy Other menu items, beverages and/or merchandise that we authorize for sale (collectively, the “Approved Products”). As previously disclosed, each Franchised BUsiiless operates using our System and the Proprietary Marks that we designate (now or at any time in the future),, including the mark T SWire CREPE.

The total initial investment necessary to begirt operation ofa Restaurant ranges from $263,400 to $496,850, which includes $44,O0O to $54,600 you must pay to franchisor or its affiliates prior to opening. The total investment necessary to operate multiple Restaurants under our form of area develophiertt agreement depends on the number of franchises we grant you, the right to open. The total investment necessary to enter into a developirtertt agreeinertt for the right to develop three (3) Restaurants is $290,900 to $524,550, which includes (1) a development fee for certain territorial ri^ts that amounts to $62,500, and (2) the total investment to open and cpmrnenee operations ofydiir initial Restaurant.
