We license a system (the “System”) for the operation of a Snapology Business that provides curficulum based programs, eyents and workshops for children and adults, using LEGO® brand bricks; K'Nex brand toys, their substitutes and other building toys, robotics, animation, coding and engineering techniques (the “System Products and Services”) using, exclusively, our proprietary curriculum, course guides, program materials and such Other programs, materials, equipment and products that we may designate (the “Proprietary Curriculum add Materials”). Your Snapology Business may be administratively managed as a home-based business that, if permitted by law, may be administratively managed from your home (an “Administrative Home Office”), provided that you only offer and provide the System Products and Services of your Snapology Business at authorized schools, third party commercial sites, and community based sites that we authorize and that are located within- your designated operating territoiy (“Third Party Site”). YOU may not establish a permanent presence at Third Party Sites and you may not build put or add furniture and fixtures to. any Third Party Site. Within your designated operating terfitory, we also give you the option to establish a fixed location retail Snapology discovery center from: which you may also offer the System Products and Services of your Snapology Business (a “Discovery Center”). Within this Disclosure Document we refer to yOur Snapology Business as a “Mobile Snapology Business” if you elect to operate your Snapology Business exclusively frprh Third Party Sites, and, we refer to your Snapology Business as a “Mobile Snapolo^ Business Plus Discovery Center” if you eilect to also establish a Discovery Center.
