We have a distinctive system for the operation of WINE & DESIGN Studios that includes: copyrighted artwork and designs; distinctive design,, decor, color scheme, and furnishings; integrated website; standards, specifications, and procedures fOr operations; training and assistance; and advertising and promotion programs; all of which We may improve, amend, and further develop frOm time-to-time.
